1. Press the “Stop” button to reset the program.

4. If the measures taken do not help, the problem is with the UBL itself (hatch blocking device) and will have to be repaired/replaced.

For vehicles equipped with GP1-GP5 control system.

• Problems with water supply.

1. Assess how strong the pressure is in the water supply system; if it is insufficient, check the inlet valve by turning it sufficiently, or wait until there is sufficient pressure.

3. Inspect the pressure switch (most often you have to change its hose or the part itself).

• Tachogenerator failure.
• Failure of the control module.

1. Assess the degree of damage to the tachogenerator: the wiring may burn out, sections of which will have to be replaced.
2. If it doesn’t help or no fault is found there, the problem is in the control module. It will need to be repaired or replaced.

Error for Gorenje washing machines models with control system GP4-GP5

• Electronic board malfunction.
• Problems with the inverter that controls the number of revolutions.
• Brush cushioning.
• Motor failure.

1. Restart the washing program. If the code does not appear, everything is fine.
2. Check the condition of the inverter and control board. If necessary, replace the defective part.
3. Inspect the brushes (brushes wear out most often on machines that have been used for a long time). They often have to be changed.
4. Inspect and, if damaged, replace the motor.

For machines with control system GP1-GP3

1. Turn off the washing machine, leave it for 15-20 minutes, and try to turn it on again.

1. Check the drain for blockages, remove them, and reconnect the machine.
2. Inspect the drain filter and its components, wash the filter mesh, make sure that there are no foreign objects in the impeller and there are no signs of deformation.
